Armed Deported Mexican Meth Dealer Vargas-Castro Jumps US Border Returns to Vancouver Wa to Deal More Meth

how come Obama never suggests we close the border with Mexico and enforce immigration laws? instead he wants to give amnesty to every illegal alien in the United States.
The Clark-Vancouver Regional Drug Task Force arrested two men yesterday in connection with a drug trafficking investigation in Clark County. One of the men arrested was a known drug trafficker who had previously been arrested by the task force and deported back to Mexico.

, Pastor "German" Vargas-Castro 22, was previously arrested on February 2, 2012, by the task force during an investigation into the trafficking of methamphetamine in Clark County. During that arrest, Vargas-Castro, was found to be in possession of a half pound of methamphetamine, two loaded handguns, and approximately $10,000 in cash. He was charged with the drug and weapons offenses and sentenced to four years in state prison after pleading guilty in Clark County Superior Court. Under Department of Corrections guidelines he was deported to Mexico in lieu of serving the prison sentence.

Shortly after his release and deportation, the task force learned that Vargas-Castro had illegally reentered the United States and was back in Clark County trafficking methamphetamine. The task force identified a dark blue BMW sedan that was being used by Vargas-Castro and located it in east Vancouver on Tuesday afternoon being driven by a female believed to be Vargas-Castro's girlfriend. Detectives followed the car to a residence in Orchards located at 7407B NE 129th Ave.

At around 6:00 PM Vargas-Castro was seen leaving the home with another male in a black pickup truck. Detectives followed the vehicle south on NE 136th Ave while waiting for a Vancouver Police K9 unit to assist with the apprehension. Near the area of NE 136th Ave and NE 9th St the suspects realized they were being followed and suddenly accelerated southbound on NE 136th Ave and then attempted to turn onto westbound NE 9th St. During this turn the suspect vehicle struck the driver's side of a car which was stopped at the red light for eastbound NE 9th St at NE 136th Ave.

After this collision, the two suspects jumped from their still moving truck and attempted to flee on foot. One of the suspects, later identified as
Nestor Cruz, 37, ran to the east where he was apprehended in the parking lot of the Winco store by citizens who had witnessed the hit and run collision at the intersection. Vargas-Castro elected to run north into the center of a large open field. VPD
Officer Jack Anderson deployed his K9 partner, Ike, who quickly overtook the much slower Vargas-Castro. Ike captured Vargas-Castro in the center of the field who was then taken into custody by Officer Anderson and task force detectives. Vargas-Castro was subsequently transported to Southwest Washington Medical Center where he was treated for a dog bite.

"We found a large amount of methamphetamine on Vargas-Castro's person after he was caught in the field," said task force commander Mike Cooke. "We could also see a handgun in the driver's door of the truck after the suspect's jumped out and ran so this certainly had the potential of being a much more violent apprehension than it was."

Vargas-Castro was arrested and booked at the Clark County Jail on outstanding arrest warrants related to his unlawful entry back into the United States and his previous conviction. New drug and weapon charges are expected to be filed as well.

Cruz was arrested and booked at the Clark County Jail on outstanding arrest warrants. He may face additional charges as well as the investigation proceeds
