Oregonian Editorial Board Hires Illegals is for Amnesty

Illegal aliens in Oregon are  not undocumented Immigrants- they are illegal aliens with plenty of phony documents: stolen security numbers, green cards, matricula cards and expired drivers licenses.

This highly staged pro illegal photo was in the Oregonian about two years ago. What ICE raids, Illegals own this state.
Keep in mind that in 1986 a blanket amnesty was given to all illegal aliens, what this taught mexicans etc was that if you wait long enough you will get another amnesty and millions more will come here to take the place of the now amnestied millions.
Immigration policy should benefit existing citizens, not destroy them.
Normally I wouldn't print the lies and bull-shit propaganda of the Oregonian, but I think this time I will. Keep in mind that the Oregonian has suppressed the cost of illegal aliens intentionally, they even trashed a 15 year old female murder victim, Dani Countryman, killed while fighting off a gang rape by two illegal aliens working illegally in Oregon. They hire illegal mexicans openly. Now at least they admit Oregon is full of criminal expensive parasites that don't speak English and they wish to grant them Citizenship.

Illegal immigration fix would benefit many: Agenda 2013

Two and a half months in, it's clear that this Congress can effectively tie itself in knots. So far, it seems there's one promising chance for an actual achievement.
More than 100,000 people  illegal aliens stealing jobs and money from Oregonians, why are foreign nationals more important then Citizens?

in Oregon are watching to see if it's possible.
Testimony before Oregon House higher education committee on tuition equity.
In both the Senate and House, bipartisan groups of legislators -- not a common phrase these days -- are working to devise immigration reform to deal with 11 million illegal immigrants living in the United States. For Democrats, it's an unpaid political debt; for Republicans, it seems vital to political survival.
For the illegal immigrants --illegal aliens many of whom have been here for years- due to non existant enforcement -- and the larger number of self serving crooks  who employ them,

Mega Bs I see the Oregonian has emptied its toilets onto the editorial page again ""it's a way out of a legal netherworld, in which they live here but have only a shadowy presence. It's not good for them, it's not good for the country, it's not good for the rule of law.
So the bipartisan groups in both houses are reportedly approaching agreement, on terms acceptable to the Obama administration, on a process to provide a path to citizenship and legal status.
It would not be an easy process -- estimates are that it would take 13 years, plus a fine, plus a clean criminal record in the United States -- but it would provide clarity, and end the make-believe that they will one day leave the country or be deported

. "A sensitive policy in this area," says Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., "can be a force for both economic growth and fairness."
To Wyden, the proposal developing among the Senate group, as reported by The New York Times, fits those requirements: Illegal immigrants would wait 10 years for a green card, which would qualify them for government services, and then another three before they could qualify for citizenship. To Wyden, this arduous but achievable route to citizenship is nothing like the complaints of "amnesty" -- especially when combined with stronger border protection and law enforcement.
Oregon has multiple particular interests in immigration reform. Its vital agricultural and nursery industries are heavily dependent on immigrant labor. Its high-tech industry, the largest employer in the state, needs foreign-born technical skills, belonging to people often obliged to leave the country after graduating from American universities. In addition to Latino immigrants, Oregon, like other West Coast states, has a rapidly growing Asian-born population, making suburban Washington County the most diverse in the state.
Oregon's own interest in resolving the issue was shown by the state House overwhelmingly passing a tuition equity bill, scheduled for a hearing before the Senate Education and Workforce Development Committee today.
"Whether you're a nursery owner in Yamhill County, a small technology startup in Hillsboro, or a high school student in Astoria with uncertain legal status," commented Rep. Suzanne Bonamici, D-Ore., recently, "one thing is clear: Our immigration system is badly broken."
The House's attitude, said Bonamici, is likely to depend on what comes over from the Senate, and how broad the bill's support is there. House Republicans have talked about passing separate bills on separate parts of the issue, but Bonamici warns understandably, "I'm concerned about doing something piecemeal."
While the bipartisan group in the House has been making progress along with the Senate group, many House Republicans have been opposed to even an eventual, delayed path to citizenship. But Monday, the Republican National Committee released an internal report about the party's problems in the 2012 election, calling on Republicans to support a way for illegal immigrants to achieve citizenship.
Negotiating a way to let illegal immigrants who have been here for a long time find a place in the political process might even remind Congress how the process is supposed to work.
Senor Wyden Has been selling out the American people to illegal aliens far too long- Deport him back to Kansas

"I think we've shown we can block something," says Wyden. "Can we show that it's possible to pass something big?" Wyden has an F- on immigration ,
A large number of Oregon residents hope that it is.
No, a large number of Oregonians want them deported and the borders sealed. See comments above at number 26
