The Portland Police Bureau Youth Services Division is asking for the public's help locating missing 13-year-old Raemi Pearl Carter of North Portland.

Carter ran away from home on December 12, 2012 and investigators are aware that Carter has been in contact with friends but has not returned home.

Based on information learned by investigators, police consider Carter an endangered runaway and would like the public's assistance in locating her safely.

Carter is described as an Asian female, 4' tall, 100 pounds, brown eyes and black hair. Photos are being released to assist the public in locating Carter.
