    Firing at someone whom he was in a dispute he claims- yet he just happened to hit not one but 2 officers. No one else was hit in the area just the officers. Guess we can not hold our breath for him taking responsibility for his actions. This just goes to show the cowardice of this type of individual. One who puts others at risk sneaking through to do a drive by in a crowded area then even though he thinks his actions are justified to carry out against the police for past events he disagreed with he can not even stand up and own it to "support his cause."

    So, we have a 20 year old guy (apparently a non-resident of Ferguson,with a criminal record, surprise, surprise) with a possibly illegally possessed handgun, allegedly riding in a car, sees someone he was having a dispute with, and just impulsively decides to settle the dispute with gunfire - with dozens of police officers standing right there.

    Yeah, right. I believe that.

    In what can only be called the understatement of the year, Chief McCollugh said "We're not sure we completely buy that part of it." I commend him for his ability to say that with a straight face.

      There is no "possibly" on the handgun. He's a convicted felon out on parole, it is not legal for him to possess a gun of any type.
