On 02/13/14 at approximately 11:40 p.m., deputies with the Marion County Sheriff's Office responded to a stabbing at the Silver Inn a tavern in the 3700 block of Silverton Road NE. When deputies arrived they found two victims who had suffered non-life threatening injuries.

From their investigation Detectives have identified a suspect but have been unable to locate her. Deputies are asking for the public's help in finding, Rosalinda Rae Garcia, age 30, of Keizer. She is described as 5'01" tall, 160 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a large tattoo on her chest that reads, "Big Time Hobster."

Ms. Garcia is a suspected gang member and considered armed and dangerous. If you know the location of Ms. Garcia please call the Marion County Sheriff's Office at 503-588-5032.

On 02/13/14 at approximately 11:40 p.m., deputies with the Marion County Sheriff's Office responded to a tavern in the 3700 block of Silverton Road NE on a reported fight in progress. When deputies arrived they found two victims who had suffered non-life threatening injuries. As of this time the crime scene has been processed and there is no immediate danger to the public.

Detectives with the Sheriff's Office have taken over the investigation and more detail will be available as the case progresses. At this time the Sheriff's Office is not prepared to release any further information regarding this investigation or its victims and there currently is no time frame for any additional release of information.
