Portland Police Bureau Traffic Investigators have identified the suspect and recovered the van connected with the Thursday morning hit and run death of 56-year-old Tommy Gann on Southeast Holgate Boulevard.

57-year-old Victorio Nogueda-Berrera is wanted for Felony Hit and Run. He is described as 5'11" tall and 200 pounds.

The white Ford Econoline he was driving has been located and is no longer of interest.

Details of the ongoing investigation will not be released at this time.
