Two Mexicans Busted Oregon Meth Dealers worth 300,000 US Dollars - Fake ID Mexican Drug Cartel

OSP Traffic Contact leads to 22 LBS. of Methamphetamine in Klamath Falls

An Oregon State Police (OSP) traffic contact last Saturday led to the arrest of a California male and a Washington female on illegal alien mexicans or mexican anchor babie- methamphetamine-related charges.

On October 12, 2013 at about 2:30 PM, an (OSP) trooper observed a vehicle commit multiple traffic violations on Highway 97 at milepost 273 near the Klamath Falls area. The trooper made contact with the female operator and identified her as SANDRA GUILLEN-AVILA, age 38, from Quincy, Washington. A male passenger in the vehicle was identified as JERONMINO NOVOA-LEAL, age 24, from Antioch, California.

Subsequent investigation during the contact led to the discovery of approximately 22 lbs. of methamphetamine. The approximate value of the methamphetamine is $300,000.

GUILLEN-AVILA was arrested and lodged at the Klamath County Jail for Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument, Delivery and Possession of Methamphetamine, and Conspiracy.

NOVOA-LEAL was arrested and lodged at the Klamath County Jail for Delivery and Possession of Methamphetamine, and Conspiracy.

(OSP) was assisted at the scene by detectives with OSP's Drug Enforcement Section.
