Busted Mexican Food Stamp Fraud Pantiaguas Produce:Holver Paniagua-Millan ID Theft etc

a long term  investigation concerning fraudulent Oregon Trail Card transactions at Pantiaguas Produce, 1805 Silverton Rd NE, has resulted in a number of arrests. Salem Police detectives, assisted by agents from the US Department of Agriculture, conducted surveillance at the business for about three hours on Thursday March7th. During that time, five people were arrested after fraudulently using Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards to obtain cash.

Following the five arrests, a search warrant was served on the business at about 3:30 PM.
Taken into custody at the business was 22 year old Holver Paniagua-Millan. Paniagua was lodged at the Marion County Correctional Facility on charges of Racketeering, five counts of Computer Fraud, five counts of Food Stamp Fraud, and three counts of Identity Theft.
Since March 7th, four additional suspects have been arrested for Food Stamp Fraud in connection with the investigation.

The following persons have been arrested in addition to Holver Paniagua-Millan:

Meleda Cook, 54 yrs of age, Keizer, two counts of Food Stamp Fraud

Heidi Timberman, 40 yrs of age, Salem, Food Stamp Fraud, Possession of Heroin, Parole Violation

Joseph Sieg, 49 yrs of age, Salem, Food Stamp Fraud

Mary Vaughn, 55 yrs of age, Salem, Food Stamp Fraud

Bob Ullom, 51 yrs of age, Salem, two counts of Food Stamp Fraud, two counts of Identity Theft

Craig Clendennen, 47 yrs of age, Salem, Food Stamp Fraud, Identity Theft

Amber Roseander, 19 yrs of age, Salem, Food Stamp Fraud, Attempted Food Stamp Fraud, Identity Theft

Ronnie Crawley, 32 yrs of age, Salem, Food Stamp Fraud

Melanie Farmer, 39 yrs of age, Keizer, Food Stamp Fraud
