If immigration laws were enforced there would be very few mexicans in Oregon because almost every mexican on the west coast came here as temp workers that should have returned home but didnt, as illegal aliens with fake id, some amnestied in 1986 and as the anchor babies of illegal aliens and the US is one of the few countries in the world that grants full citizenship to the children of foriegn nationals.
Mexican Driver versus Legal American College student on skateboard crash on Linfield Campus

On March 13, 2013 at about 7:27pm, officers from the McMinnville Police Department and medics from the McMinnville Fire Department responded to a reported injury vehicle vs pedestrian crash on Keck Drive within the Linfield College campus.
Investigation revealed that Linfield Student Dillon Lytsell, 20 of Pendleton, Oregon, was crossing SW Keck Drive within a marked crosswalk. Lytsell was crossing the street upon a skateboard, proceeding from south to north, when he was struck by a westbound 1997 Geo Metro. The driver of the Geo was 18 year old Maira Alba of McMinnville. Also in the vehicle were a 9 year old female passenger and a 5 year old male passenger. None of the occupants of the Geo were injured. Alba estimated her speed to be approximately 15 miles per hour at the time of the collision and she stated she did not see Lytsell prior to the impact.

Lytsell suffered abrasions and contusions and was transported to the Willamette Valley Medical Center for further evaluation of his injuries, none of which were life threatening. His skateboard was run over by the Geo and broken into two pieces.
No citations have been issued at this time and the crash is still under investigation
