I am a Mexican National living in Portland Oregon for a long time, I am not a USA Citizen and I have a friend/Lover that is with terminal deasece in BC.
I would like to know if I can fly with him together to BC from Portland Oregon USA with my respective documents as current Mexican Passaport with a letter stated from his Doctor probing about his physical predicament and Oregon Drivers License without a visa and not having a problem crossing the border with him since he is a Canadian Citizen.
We are planing to live together so I as caregiver can take care of him during his illness and possible get residency with him.
Please let me know what I can do to pass the border with him or not.

He is coming for Christmas and New Years to visit me and we want to fly back to BC Canada soon, and I need to know if I will not be detained at the Airport, I am intending to stay with him for two weeks upon our arrival and is important for me to know I would be fine crossing the border or not. Who ever you are, you are not a profetional, probably some student not knowing any better trying to practice the little you know okay.... XXXXXXX XXXXX does not know any better then what I knew already and she keps digging for some answear that does not work for me... you are from freaking USA not Canada, right there you are not focusing well on my want, therefore I contacted Canada Immigration Department in Otawa the real profetionals who knows exactly what people want to know, obviously you have no clue....... I got my answears back from a much better source then you.... I am not satisfied at all so if you want to charge me I don't care, I can always dispute it with my credit card company and cancel the charge.... So in other words! IF I get to Portland International Airport for my Departure to BC Canada I will get STOP by US CUstoms/Immigration and be detained and deport back to Mexico?. I was hoping US Customs would not care or check people's departure leaving the country!, so I could just face Canadian Officials!,
I do know for a fact regardless of my status in USA as long as I have Mexican Passport I can go to visit Canada for a short period of time with NO Visa but If I am going to face US Customs first! before I even face Canada then I would not be able to go and therefore take such risk. If you answear this question clear and crystal then I will be very satisfied and you would save me a great deal of grief! and I would be gladly to pay for this important information.
