Carbon Dioxide Castrophe: China and Carbon Footprints of Illegal aliens

Carbon Dioxide passes long feared milestone
 Article from the New York Times,  a paper that can't say the word Illegal alien or Secure Borders. Because of this , they lay most of the blame for Carbon Dioxide rising to 400 level on the United States, with a gentle nod to China.
 What they don't mention is the 28 million illegal aliens plus millions of H1-B visas and Green card immigrants, virtually all of whom  drive cars and consume at the same or higher level then Legal Native Born Americans.
The Blame goes to illegal aliens who consume, drive and consum again as if there was no tomorrow

. If they were back in Somalia or Mexico or India, the United States would be uncrowded, with plenty of room, trees and jobs.
