Mexican Rapist Trinidad Dario Padilla Sexually Attacks Woman Mcminnville Oregon

Mr. Padilla, who apparently had been watching the store and the employee for several days, entered when no one else was in the store and confronted the female employee. He forced her into a back part of the store and attempted to assault her sexually. The employee fought and screamed continuously until he gave up and fled the scene. She then ran to a nearby store and called 911 for help. Based on the initial investigation, the victim does not know the suspect. Mr. Trinidad Dario Padilla, DOB 02/21/1969, was located nearby and arrested by McMinnville Police officers. He is currently a resident of McMinnville, residing in subsidized housing at Yamhill County Correctional Facility and currently on Post Prison Supervision for Attempted Rape in the First Degree. Mr. Padilla is currently being held at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility on a Probation Violation. Additional charges including Attempted Rape 1, Kidnap, and Sex Abuse are anticipated as the investigation progresses. The investigation is continuing and no further information is being released. We are not identifying the store name or address in the interest of protecting the identity of the victim.
