On July 21, 2011, U.S. Marshals based out of Orlando, Florida, along with Deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's Office apprehended Reysel Perez-Martinez, age 31, for the June 29th shooting of Eric Luna-Perez, age 33. Eric Luna was shot at his residence located at 10015 NE 72nd Circle Vancouver, WA.
Detectives with the Clark County Major Crimes Unit and local U.S. Marshals identified Reysel Perez-Martinez as the alleged shooter. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He was known to have frequented several addresses in Florida. U.S. Marshals in Florida located him and arrested him without incident on the First Degree Murder arrest warrant. He is currently awaiting extradition back to Clark County.
Eric Luna-Perez was also arrested by the Major Crimes Unit Detectives after being released from the hospital after receiving treatment for his wounds. Luna-Perez was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, as well as Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine.
The Clark County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit is seeking assistance to identify the second party involved. Video surveillance from the home where the shooting occurred captured images of the suspects leaving the residence. The second subject is described as being of Mexican descent, approximately 30-32 years old, 5'8", 180-200 lbs, last seen wearing a green sweater and jeans.

The victim in yesterday's shooting occurring at 10015 NE 72nd Circle is Eric O. Luna, a 33 year old Vancouver man. The victim is in fair condition at South West Washington Medical Center. The Clark County Sheriff's Office will be providing no further status updates on the victim.
The Clark County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit is conducting this ongoing investigation.
At this time there is nothing further to be released.

Today at approximately 11:00 AM Clark County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a shooting at 10015 NE 72nd Circle in the Orchards area of Clark County. Upon arrival deputies found the victim, a 33 year old male who resides at the home, had been shot in the abdomen. The victim was alert and responsive. The victim's wife and one year old child were also present at the home when the shooting occurred.
The victim was transported to Southwest Washington Medical Center where he underwent surgery for a single gunshot wound and is in stable condition.
Two suspects were seen leaving the residence on foot. A K-9 track was completed to locate the suspects, however, produced no results.
Suspect #1 is described as a Hispanic male, 30-32 years old, 5'3", 180 lbs, wearing a green sweater, jeans, and a dark brown baseball cap.
Suspect #2 is described as a Hispanic male, 30-32 years old, 5'8", 180-200 lbs, wearing a black sweater and jeans.
At this time the relationship between the suspects and victim is unknown. However, this assault does not appear to be random and appears to be directed solely at the victim.
Clark County Major Crimes Unit is conducting this ongoing investigation.
There are no further details to be released at this time.
