E2 Foundation Anchor Babies Mexicans etc Get Free Laptops in Portland Schools - American Tazpayers Paid For

It's impossible to get any honest responses from Goverment employees, so I will break it down.
Federal Funds are used to buy the children of refugees, illegal aliens ( called anchor babies) and illegal children .. and some black children , laptop computers.
However, children in other school districts who are white and have been citizens for generations do not get laptops. Why? Because there is no program designed to help American kids, while liberal do-gooders fall all over foriegn nationals. Note the Names in Red. This is not an innocent oversight on the part of the public schools, and it continues into the workforce.
(Portland, OR) Multnomah Education Service District (MESD) and the E2 Foundation will award laptop computers to 30 students graduating this spring from Portland area alternative high schools. The students will be honored at a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at MESD, 11611 NE Ainsworth Circle, Portland, OR 97220.

The students attend schools that are part of the Alternative Pathways consortium, a federally-funded TRIO project operated by MESD since 1998. They have been selected for the laptop award by the staff of each school in recognition of their academic achievement, college potential and financial need.
Alternative Pathways assists alternative high school students who are the first in their family to go to college, are from low-income families, and/or who have the potential to succeed in postsecondary education. The program increases the number of youth who graduate from high school or earn a GED and enroll in a postsecondary institution. To achieve that goal Alternative Pathways provides students with academic, career, social, and cultural opportunities.
The E2 Foundation is the nonprofit fundraising arm of Multnomah ESD.
