Salem Police Dept. - 10/15/13

On Monday at about 5:00 PM, the Albuquerque (NM) Police Department Gang Unit arrested 39 year old Frank Romero in connection with the April 6, 2013 murder of 32 year old Andrew Entizine. Romero had been a suspect in the investigation and Salem Police detectives recently obtained a warrant for his arrest.
On April 6th, at about 3:00 AM, Salem Police responded to Fairway and Rees Hill Dr SE in response to a report of shots fired. Arriving officers found Entizine dead in his crashed vehicle. An autopsy determined that he had died as a result of a gunshot.
On April 19, 2013, 22 year old Pedro Suarez was arrested by Salem Police detectives and charged with Murder. Suarez is in the Marion County Correctional Facility awaiting trial.
Romero was booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center in Alburquerque, New Mexico awaiting extradition back to Oregon.
